Vitamineral green is a powder made of 21 organic live super foods that you buy at the store in an amber glass bottle. Its made in escondito ca so its in lots of health food stores in california. If anyone called around they should find it fairly quickly. Today i put some in my Raw goolash breakfast meal. blend VMG, lecithin, maca, pumpkin seeds, coco butter, kale, chard, zuccini, cinnamon, sea salt, curry powder, stevia, and warm water, until smooth, then add chopped red bell pepper, celery, fresh baby salad greens, and soaked wakame seaweed. YUM! And will keep you full and energized for a long time. May all being gratefully lick thier lips

Wow! You're just gonna have to come down to LA sometime and make it for me. I'm not too sure about it, though I trust you if you say its good. Is there protein in that. I need that above all else in the morning, so I use protein powder in my shakes. But I make it with bananas and oj and berries. Yeah, you're just gonna have to make for me. I'm not even sure what some of those things were you mentioned.

Yeah, thats a kinda an out there recipie, there are much simpler versions. The protien thing isn't a problem, and i would guess that you can get plenty of protien with simple whole foods. The ultimate protien powder is spirulina or chlorella. I am a 100% live food eater that works out at the gym consistently and feel i get plenty of protien. LA is pretty far from Berkeley, but theres always "business trips".

            Yay for business trips!
What's a simpler version of it that I can make to get the ingrediants a little cheaper. I didn't know spirulina had protein.

Hiya, O.k. a simpler version is definately warrented here, i'll give you my original version. Here goes, In warm water blend, relatively equal amounts of miso, spirulina or vitamineral green, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, a spoonfull of coconut butter(optional but really good for you) fresh spinach leaves. Then add cinnamon to taste like you were making some oatmeally type of thing, i also recomend fresh ginger chopped up then blended. The water you put in and the friction of the blending activity should keep the mush nice and warm and should also be the thickness of thick soup. Then aFter that add chopped up celery, zuccinni, baby greens, apple, or pear, and add it to the mix stir it up and serve. One addition i reccomend is seaweed, i like dulse, and or wakame(the wakame must be soaked for a few minutes in warm water before you add it to your goolash) So this is a total protien blaster and will make you feel full yet not bog you down. Tons of nutrients, enzymes, and wholesomeness. You don't have to do the spirulina thing, but i'll giove some spirulina facts. Its got the highest per wieght protien content of anything on the planet, 70%. Its got all the b vitamins, tons of other vitamins, great for brain function, kidney and liver function, good for building kidney yin(chinese medicine) I recomend getting the health force nutritionals brand cause it comes in glass(important) and is a great value compared to others. and spinich has as much protien by wieght as beef without the fat! O.k. folks rev your blenders, its time for action....

So its got the benefits of blue green algae plus all these other added nutrients. There is actually every single, vitamion mineral, and trace mineral in it, in the most absorbable forms we know of for the human body, straight from plants. Its very nutrifying and cleansing.
